Admissions Roleplay

Analytics

See how your team is doing and track trends by person and scenario.

Analytics is the team view. It shows how everyone is practicing the admissions roleplays, so you can see where the team is strong and where to focus coaching.

Team performance

The summary at the top shows your organization’s average weighted team score, along with how many sessions the team has run all time and in the last two weeks.

By person

The By Person tab gives you a card for each team member with their average score, how many sessions they’ve completed, when they were last active, and the details of their most recent call. Select anyone’s name to open their individual page. Team members who haven’t practiced yet show No practice yet in place of a recent session.

Team results by scenario

The By Scenario tab flips the view around to one row per scenario. For each one you’ll see its title and description, how many team members have tried it compared with the size of the team, and the team’s average score at each difficulty. A dash means no one has attempted that difficulty yet. Select the chevron at the end of a row to open the scenario’s detail page.

Scenario detail

The scenario detail page opens from a row in the By Scenario tab, and a Back to Analytics link brings you back.

Four cards at the top summarize the average score, total attempts, the most-used difficulty, and the lowest-scoring difficulty. Below them, the Team score over time chart plots every attempt by date and score, colored by difficulty, with a trend line showing which way the team’s scores are heading. The Best score by team member table then lists each person’s best score at each difficulty, along with how many times they’ve completed the scenario and when they last did.

Individual analytics

Selecting a team member’s name in By Person opens their individual page. It includes:

  • The same performance summary you see in History.
  • A Progress over time chart with one point per session and a difficulty-weighted trend line.
  • Their last-five-session average, best score, and last active date.
  • The same by scenario table and all sessions list found in History.
