Admissions Roleplay
Settings
Manage your profile, team access, invitations, and account audit trail.
Open Settings from Account & settings at the bottom of the sidebar. From here you can manage your own profile and, if you’re an admin, your team.
What’s in Settings
Settings is organized into a few areas:
- Profile: your sign-in details and account information.
- Team: invite and manage the people on your team.
- Audit Trail: review recent account activity and changes.
Profile
Profile is where you update your email, first and last name, company name, and timezone. To change your password, enter a new one; leave that field blank to keep your current password. Select Save changes when you’re done.
Team
Team has two tabs, Active Users and Pending Invites, with an Invite member button in the top-right corner of both.
Active Users lists everyone on your team. The account administrator carries an Admin badge, and your own row is marked (Me). For anyone else, open the row menu to manage their access or remove them.
Manage access
Select Manage access to choose what someone can do. The Admissions Analytics toggle gives that person access to team performance and Analytics across the organization. It’s set per person and works independently of the Admin badge, so someone who isn’t an admin can still have Analytics access. It’s currently the only permission here. Select Save changes to apply it, or Cancel to close without saving.
Remove a team member
To take someone off the team, open their row menu and select Remove from team.
Invite team members
Select Invite member to open the invite dialog. Enter an email address, or use Add another to invite several people at once. You can also share the signup link directly with Copy link.
Select Send invites to send them. The confirmation lists each address and its status; anyone already on your team is flagged as Already on your team and isn’t invited again. Select Done to finish.
Pending Invites shows invitations that haven’t been accepted yet. Invited people stay listed there until they join, and the tab reads No pending invites when there are none.
Signup
New team members join from their invitation link, which opens the Signup page. They enter their email, first and last name, and a password, then agree to the OpenRecovery Terms and Conditions before continuing. The page also links to the Privacy Policy and AI Policy, and anyone with an account already can jump to Log in instead.
You can sign in at app.openrecovery.com/signin with your email and password. Forgotten your password? Use the Forgot your password? link next to the password field.
Audit trail
The Audit Trail is a running record of recent account activity, most recent first, with each event timestamped to the second. It captures things like signing in and out, viewing account information, and viewing the audit trail itself.
Use the search field to find a specific event, page through the history with Previous and Next, and select Export CSV in the top-right corner to download the record.
