Admissions Roleplay

Scoring reference

How overall scores, skill results, and difficulty levels work.

Scores work the same way everywhere in Admissions Roleplay, whether you’re looking at Practice, History, Analytics, or a call review. This page is a quick reference for what the numbers mean.

Overall scores

Your overall call score, and the team and individual averages, are shown as percentages.

History and Analytics often use difficulty-weighted averages, so a run of Easy sessions and a run of Expert sessions can be compared fairly.

Skill scores

Every call is scored across six skills, each marked out of 5, with written feedback tied to what happened in the conversation. See the skills breakdown in a call review for the full list.

Difficulty levels

You can practice every scenario at four difficulty levels:

  • Easy
  • Moderate
  • Hard
  • Expert

Difficulty changes how challenging the caller is to work with. It doesn’t change which scenarios you can choose from.
