Live call
The controls and status indicators you'll use during an active call.
The live call screen is a focused, full-screen view for the call itself. It keeps everything else out of the way so you can concentrate on the conversation.
During the call
While the call is running, a timer counts how long you’ve been talking and a waveform moves with the audio. The caller is labeled Inbound caller at the top, and a Listening status appears while it waits for your response. To leave early, use the close control in the top-left corner.
Muting and ending the call
The microphone control at the bottom toggles your mute. While you’re muted the caller keeps talking on its own and can’t hear you, so remember to unmute before you respond.
The red control ends the call. As soon as it does, Admissions Roleplay opens your call review automatically.
