Admissions Roleplay

Practice

Browse scenarios, filter the library, pick a difficulty, and start a call.

Practice is where you start a roleplay. It’s the first page you land on in Admissions Roleplay, and it holds every scenario your team can practice.

Finding a scenario

Three filters sit near the top of the page. Each starts on Any, and choosing one or more values narrows the scenarios shown below:

  • Concern: Alcohol, Opioids, Cocaine, Methamphetamines, Marijuana, Benzodiazepines, Depression, and PTSD.
  • Who: who is calling in relation to the person who needs help. The options are Mother, Father, Self, Sibling, Spouse, and Referral.
  • Diagnosis: Substance use or Co-occurring.

Each scenario appears as a card with a short description of the caller and their situation, tags for the concern and the caller’s relationship, and a Start button.

Starting a practice call

Select Start, then choose a difficulty: Easy, Moderate, Hard, or Expert. (Use the close control if you’d rather back out.) Your choice opens the live call screen and connects you straight to the AI caller. There’s no scheduling and no queue to wait in.

Some scenarios show up as an incoming call you can answer directly. That’s the same practice call, just presented as if the phone is ringing.
