Admissions Roleplay

Call review

Read your call report, review the feedback, and export the transcript.

When a practice call ends, the Admissions Call Report opens automatically. You can reopen any report later by selecting a session in History or Analytics.

Your overall result

The top of the report shows the scenario you practiced and your overall score as a percentage, with a quick read on how you did across the six admissions skills. Once scoring finishes, the report is marked Debrief complete and everything below is ready to review.

Narrative feedback

Three written sections walk you through the call:

  • Session Summary recaps what happened and what the caller needed from you.
  • Strengths & Successes highlights what you handled well, often quoting specific lines from the call.
  • Areas of Growth points out missed opportunities and suggests what a stronger response could have sounded like.

Skills breakdown

The report scores six skills out of 5, each with its own feedback tied to what you did or didn’t say on the call:

  • Gathering Information
  • Demonstrating Understanding
  • Encouraging Engagement
  • Moving Towards Next Steps
  • Information Sharing
  • Working with Ambivalence

If a skill didn’t come up during the call, its card reads No clear example in this call instead of counting against you.

Reading and exporting the transcript

Select Transcript in the top-right corner to open the full conversation next to the report. Every turn is timestamped and labeled with the speaker, so you can trace exactly how the call unfolded, and the search field lets you jump straight to a word or phrase.

To keep a copy, select Export. The transcript downloads as a Markdown (.md) file named after the scenario, with the same timestamps and speaker labels you see on screen.

When you’re finished, select Done to return to wherever you opened the report from.
